Plan Well Guide: Website and graphic design services
I was invited to become part of the team for Plan Well Guide providing graphic design services for a new website refresh. Dr. Daren Heyland has created a service designed to help people navigate through serious illness planning – educating, empowering, and encouraging patients to critical think through all stages of life. The result of this thought-provoking process is to develop a clear plan that is supported by the patient, their family and medical health care professionals.
Working with a team of professionals, my contribution to this project was to provide graphic design services. I mocked-up a variety of webpages and develop various design elements throughout the Plan Well Guide website. I also worked on photo editing and updated some of their marketing materials.
A project of this magnitude is no small undertaking and takes skill to navigate. Kaden Wood, IT Coordinator for Plan Well and manager of this project, did an excellent job of coordinating the various aspects to this project. I always appreciate the opportunity to work with great people!
The most notable thing about this project was that the work was all done virtually! Team members communicated via Zoom, Slack, phone, text and emails.
