I was happy to develop my first e-commerce website for Bylsma Imports. I worked closely with Anno Bylsma and Dianne Prummel, getting both their input on how the website should be mapped out. While Anno is the owner of Bylsma Imports, Dianne is the one who oversees the Peddle Go-Kart sales. This website hosts a variety of products complete with custom post-types. Products contain a general description and features an accordion box with detailed info, an image gallery, and a list of suggested up-sales based on each individual product.
A lot of works goes into developing an e-commerce website. One of the key components to the success of this venture, was to keep all the content organized. We did this by using a shared spreadsheet with a variety of color codes to keep everyone up-to-date with the progress.
